Yes. Guardians runs on iPhone (iOS 16+), iPad (iPadOS 16+), Mac with M1 chip or newer (macOS 13+) and Android.

Do my data sync across iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch?

Yes, automatically via iCloud using your Apple ID. On Android, Google can back up your data to Google Drive with Auto Backup. Data travels directly between your device and Apple/Google — it never passes through our servers.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. On-calls, notes, reminders and widgets work 100% offline because they live on your device. You only need internet for optional cloud sync and to download the app.

Can I add my colleagues' on-calls?

Yes. Each member is distinguished by a custom color on the calendar. Perfect for coordinating coverage, seeing who's on shift, or checking pending tasks.

How do I delete my data?

From Settings → Data management you can delete all your data with a single tap. If iCloud Sync (iOS) or Auto Backup (Android) is on, data is also removed from the cloud when you clear it in the app. Native export will land in a future update.

Does it handle service rotations?

Yes. You can create multiple on-call types (ICU, ER, ward, clinic, OR…) each with its own pattern, color and icon. They change with your rotation without losing the previous ones.
