By downloading, accessing or playing Catch the Poop (the "Game"), provided by HSM Studios, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.
2. Acceptable use
- Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, or tamper with scores or the leaderboard.
- Do not use display names that are offensive, hateful, deceptive, impersonate others, or infringe anyone's rights. We may remove or change such names and remove related scores at our discretion.
- Do not reverse engineer, copy, resell or redistribute the Game except as permitted by law.
3. Leaderboard
The leaderboard is public. Names and scores you submit may be visible to other players. We may reset, moderate or remove entries to keep it fair and appropriate.
4. Advertising & third-party services
The Game may show advertising and use third-party services (Google AdMob, Google Firebase, Supabase, Apple). Your use of those features is also subject to their terms and policies.
5. Intellectual property
The Game, including its code, artwork, characters, name and branding, is owned by hsmstudios and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.
6. Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the leaderboard will always be available.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, hsmstudios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.
8. Changes & termination
We may update the Game or these Terms at any time, and may suspend access for conduct that violates these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of México, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Al descargar, acceder o jugar Catch the Poop (el "Juego"), ofrecido por hsmstudios, aceptas estos Términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses el Juego.
1. Licencia
Te otorgamos una licencia personal, no exclusiva, intransferible y revocable para usar el Juego con fines de entretenimiento personal y no comercial.
2. Uso aceptable
- No hagas trampa, no abuses de errores, no automatices el juego ni manipules puntajes o la clasificación.
- No uses nombres ofensivos, de odio, engañosos, que suplanten a otros o que infrinjan derechos de terceros. Podemos eliminar o cambiar esos nombres y borrar los puntajes asociados a nuestra discreción.
- No realices ingeniería inversa, copia, reventa ni redistribución del Juego, salvo lo permitido por la ley.
3. Clasificación
La clasificación es pública. Los nombres y puntajes que envíes pueden ser visibles para otros jugadores. Podemos reiniciar, moderar o eliminar entradas para mantenerla justa y apropiada.
4. Publicidad y servicios de terceros
El Juego puede mostrar publicidad y usar servicios de terceros (Google AdMob, Google Firebase, Supabase, Apple). El uso de esas funciones también está sujeto a sus términos y políticas.
5. Propiedad intelectual
El Juego, incluido su código, arte, personajes, nombre y marca, es propiedad de hsmstudios y está protegido por las leyes aplicables. Estos Términos no te otorgan derechos de propiedad.
6. Aviso legal
El Juego se ofrece "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad", sin garantías de ningún tipo. No garantizamos que sea ininterrumpido, libre de errores, ni que la clasificación esté siempre disponible.
7. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, hsmstudios no será responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados del uso del Juego.
8. Cambios y terminación
Podemos actualizar el Juego o estos Términos en cualquier momento, y suspender el acceso ante conductas que los violen. El uso continuado tras los cambios implica su aceptación.
9. Ley aplicable
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de México, sin considerar normas de conflicto de leyes.
